Kristy is General Manager Customer Experience & Relationship Management (CRX) and is responsible for Fusion5’s CRM and SharePoint businesses within New Zealand.
Backed by decades of real-word experience working with CRM solutions, Kristy ensures the successful implementation of Fusion5’s CRX solutions within large, complex corporate environments. For example, she led the implementation of Dynamics CRM for Lincoln University in 2015 – a project for which Fusion5 was awarded Microsoft’s CRM Partner of the Year.
An innovative and highly competent business executive, Kristy has led teams for over 20 years. She established our Gold-Certified Dynamics CRM practice and played a key role in growing it into the successful, dynamic and multi-award winning business it is today.
Kristy holds an Associate Diploma in Business Management, has sat a plethora of short-courses including Change Management at Auckland University’s Business School and the Blanchard Group’s Situational Leadership, as well as being a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
